Our goal at the Rancho Bernardo Laser and Vision Center is to evaluate each patient carefully and thoroughly to assess suitability for Lasik or other refractive procedures. Dr Pulaski conducts these examinations himself and will then make a recommendation based on his findings. He continues to follow all patients for a year after any refractive procedure at no additional fee.By taking this hands on approach we have been able to identify an occasional patient who is not a candidate and we advise him or her to stay in glasses or contact lenses. Fortunately most patients we see are in fact good candidates who we are pleased to offer a vision restoring procedure.

the recovery process,
risks and other considerations.
Payment in full is due before or at the time of surgery. The fees are $1,650 per eye for conventional LASIK and $1,850 per eye for Custom LASIK. Intralase LASIK is $2000 per eye and Custom Intralase LASIK is $2200 per eye. Fees include all follow-up visits for one year from the date of surgery.
Acceptable methods of payment are cash, bank check, major credit cards and pre-approved credit.

We perform CustomVue™ and other refractive procedure procedures Monday through Friday as a convenience to our patients to fit their busy schedules. Some Saturday appointments are available.
In an effort to continue to provide our patients with the most complete eye care, Rancho Bernardo Laser and Vision Center has recently added an Optical Shop.
We strive to provide the best in quality frames and lenses, allowing our patients to choose from the latest in technology, fashion and innovative designs. Currently our frame selection includes Silhouette, Vera Wang, Prada, Fendi, Flexon, DKNY, Costa del Mar, Nike, and Calvin Klein. Along with quality frames and lenses such as Zeiss and Varilux, we use only optical laboratories that provide a full spectrum of quality products and services (not always available to chains and discount houses) to fabricate your lenses. Additionally, we utilize only the highest quality of progressives, hi-index, Transitions, polarized lenses and coatings such as Anti-Reflective and scratch resistance to customize a premium product and give optimum vision to our patients.
We are providers for several vision plans for patients ordering contact lenses, including VSP Insurance. This allows Dr. Pulaski to give total service to those who live and work in our community. Click here to learn more about the benefits of VSP.
Robin Agrusa, A.B.O.C. has joined our staff with over 15 years' experience as a Board Certified Optician and Contact Lens Fitter. She has a flair for fashion and an eye for detail to assist you in making the right choice in lenses and frames to fit your lifestyle and visual needs. She keeps up with all the newest advances in lens design and educates herself so she can educate our patients about all the lens options available, enabling them to make a selection based on accurate, up-to-date advice.
